We are reimagining the home buying experience from the grounds up, by creating industry’s first wholesale originations marketplace connecting local originators, industry-leading lenders, borrowers, referral partners, credit, income, asset, property & settlement service providers into one seamless loan origination platform.

ARIVE is looking for a smart, driven and ambitious Director of Business Development to help us expand our new business opportunities and strategic partnerships with focus on lender partners.

You will be a growth leader and part of ARIVE’s Business Development Team and play a critical role in ensuring accelerated adoption and growth of ARIVE’s industry-leading cloud-based turnkey LOS, POS and PPE offerings and growing our enterprise lender footprint and partner ecosystem.

Job Duties:

  • Define and execute on business development and sales strategies to add additional large, reputable lenders to Company’s platform and to further deepen Company’s relationship with existing lenders.
  • Building relationships with lenders’ account executives and other decision makers helping them understand the benefits of the ARIVE platform and encourage them to join the platform as participants. Some examples include: 
      - Forming joint platform benefits strategies and organizing events, meet-ups with lenders account executives and others decision makers with key broker participation.
      - Creating a training strategy/relationship engagement programs for lenders’ AE’s on the ARIVE value proposition to help them encourage wider broker adoption.
  • Contribute to scaling of the platform to large non-delegated correspondents, including participating in trade shows, marketing events and leveraging other social media and marketing channels as needed.
  • Identifying business development, engagement and growth opportunities with existing lender partners, encouraging active ARIVE lenders to adopt ARIVE as an internal TPO platform and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with creating tooling, systems, and processes for sales and business development and collaboration with other internal teams such as product/engineering for platform enhancements.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 5+ years of prior experience in sales / business development of mortgage LOS or similar experience in mortgage loan originations or loan processing (FinTech company, Mortgage Bank, Mortgage Brokerage, Wholesale Lender).
  • An extremely proactive, self-starter mentality with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and having incredible attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide value proposition for varying customer needs, including explaining technical product details to non-technical users.
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment and efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities.
  • High level of integrity and a strong commitment to building a successful company and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Identify growth and new business opportunities working with customers.
  • Past experience using CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot...) is a strong plus.
  • Past experience in designing marketing and outreach campaigns using Canva, any experience in video marketing tools, graphics design tools is a strong plus.
